Product Characteristics:
The whole machine is produced by stainless steel plate of Korean band. The inner groove uses thickening stainless steel plate, it is durable, acid and alkali resistant, in good shape.
It uses imported ultrasonic wafer transducer, stick by Singapore sticking materials. The output power is stable and strong. It is long-life.
Generator has the function as power electrodeless adjustment, fine tuning. It also has short-circuited and over-loading protection devices, reserves selectable power-reduce alarm device. So it can avoid poor lot cleaning. The inner frequency scanning function will make sure the consistency of the whole cleaning effect.
Frequency display function. The customer may use frequency showing function to directly know the present frequency of ultrasonic and adjust it finely according to self-requirements.
Time set function. The inner timer will control the switch of ultrasonic generator, time control scope:
Temperature control scope for setting solvent heating and high-temperature automatic constant temperature equipment: normal temperature – 100℃, the temperature control is convenient and stable.

2、自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)籃：轉(zhuǎn)籃自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)式清洗，達(dá)到攪拌與超聲波清洗同時(shí)進(jìn)行作用，讓清潔更徹底；
3、自動(dòng)提升裝置：利用氣缸或者電機(jī)帶動(dòng)清洗籃在到達(dá)設(shè)定清洗時(shí)間后自動(dòng)提升到缸面，極大降低操作員工作強(qiáng)度；
4、過(guò)濾循環(huán)裝置：設(shè)置過(guò)濾循環(huán)裝置，有效延長(zhǎng)清洗液的使用時(shí)間，降低5-15%清洗劑消耗從而提高機(jī)器使用效率和降低使用成本；

Function choice:
Besides the basic selectable function allocation, there also have the following separated functions:
1 Multi-frequency interaction: dual-frequency interactive cleaning function, work in frequency automatic circle to clean on different levels and meet the requirement of high cleanliness;
2 Automatic rotating basket: the basket works by automatic rotating to make stirring and ultrasonic cleaning work at the same time and clean thoroughly;
3 Self-lift: use a cylinder or motor to drive cleaning baskets and to the set cleaning time it will lift the basket to the cylinder surface, which will sharply reduce the work strength of the operator;
4. Filter-circle device: set filter-circle device, which effectively prolong the using time of cleaning liquid to reduce 5-15% of its consumption, so as to improve the machine’s use efficiency, reduce the using cost;
5 Noise-free setting: through noise-free design, make ultrasonic creates no noise, but will not reduce ultrasonic’s power or adjust it, make no influence on cleaning quality.
